  1. Switch To Energy Saving Lightbulbs -

have recently had the light bulbs in my room switched to energy saving. I love the fact they come on gradually so when my parents try to wake me up by switching the light on, it doesn’t have the same affect.

  2. The Green Grin-o-meter -

I like it – it really opened my eyes. Apparently I’m not very green although I guess needing 4 flights to get on to a holiday destination didn’t help. think I need to eat more fruit and veg too. I too wonder how much the tips are influenced by our answers

  3. Encourage someone with low self-esteem -

I have received a note of encouragement from a friend in the past. A few years ago, I was under a lot of pressure at school and a anonymous friend left a note in my locker to remind me how strong I was and to say they were praying for me. It was so encouraging and reassuring to know that I had friends who were willing to be there for me. A small note can go a long way

  4. Keep your Bible open -- and even read it! -

I must say I don’t always keep my Bible open but I make sure I always have a Bible with me where ever I go and sometimes there have been some interesting discussions. I think keeping my Bible open is my next challenge :)

  5. Give Your Unwanted / Unworn Clothes To Charity -

I do something similar. we quite regularly have collection vans who come to collect unwanted clothing or bedding for various charities. If I don’t where it, why deprive someone else of right to be warm
